The core operating engine of the HYP rifle is a 4-position adjustable mid-length direct-impingement gas block, allowing operators to quickly tune gas pressure for suppressed or unsuppressed shooting under adverse conditions. Its 16-inch cold hammer-forged steel barrel features a 1:7" twist rate and a 5/8x24 tapered shoulder thread pitch to maximize velocity and projectile stability.
