Body Armor Return Policy

Due to the nature of body armor products and their intended use, we adhere to a strict no-return policy. This policy is designed to maintain the integrity and safety of our products and to comply with industry standards.

Policy Details

Final Sale: All body armor purchases are considered final. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.

No Returns/Exchanges: Due to safety considerations and legal/regulatory reasons, body armor products cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes but is not limited to reasons related to size, fit, or a change of mind.

Quality Assurance: Prior to shipping, each body armor product is visually inspected by our team to ensure it leaves our facility in the same condition that it arrived from the manufacturer.

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for ensuring that the product they are ordering is the correct size, type, and meets their specific needs. We provide detailed product descriptions and size charts to assist in making an informed decision. If for whatever reason more information is needed, it is the customer's responsibility to obtain this before the order is placed.

Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and provide appropriate assistance.

Acknowledgment Required: Customers are required to acknowledge and agree to this no-return policy at the time of purchase.

Understanding Your Commitment:
By purchasing body armor from Bauer Precision, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. This policy is in place to protect your safety and the integrity of our products. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to our Body Armor Return Policy.
