Review Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

Bauer Precision Review Prize Draw Terms and Conditions:

  1. Eligibility: The prize draw is open to anyone who is 18 years of age or older and who has left a review on our Google review page during the current month. Employees and family members of Bauer Precision are not eligible to participate in the prize draw.
  2. Prize: The prize for the month will be a $25 Gift Card to the Bauer Precision webstore. No cash or other alternatives will be offered in place of the prize.
  3. Selection of the winner: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the current month. The winner will be notified via email within 30 days of the end of the month for which the drawing pertained.
  4. Claiming the prize: The winner will have Ten (10) business days from the date of the email notification to claim their prize. If the prize is not claimed within this time period, the prize will be forfeit.
  5. No purchase necessary: No purchase is necessary to enter or win the prize. Leaving a review is not necessary for entry.
  6. One entry per person per month: Each person is only allowed one entry per month. Multiple reviews will not result in additional entries.
  7. Use of personal information: By entering the prize draw, you consent to Bauer Precision using your personal information for the purpose of the prize draw and for future marketing purposes.
  8. Changes to the terms and conditions: Bauer Precision reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the prize draw at any time without prior notice.
  9. Governing law: The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute arising from the prize draw or these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Texas.
