This spring is literally silent, can't hear any noise from it while the action cycles. Can be a pain to remove if you leave the buffer retainer installed in your lower.

I run this thing on a 10.5” barrel with a .70 gas block suppressed. I previously had the armaspec which worked ok, but this one is just better. It works wonders and helps the back pressure by slowing the bolt down. Definitely recommend for shorter barrels or a suppressed rifle. Super smooth, worth the extra money.

The silent capture spring is a must have when shooting suppressed. It makes the rifle shoot incredibly solid and take away the "twang" and "bounce" from a traditional buffer and spring.
