Measuring a mere 5.0 inches in length and tipping the scales at an astonishingly feathery 6.0 ounces, the Ultra 5 Gen2 preserves the crisp, natural handling balance of your rifle, virtually eliminating muzzle dip, fatigue, and barrel harmonic shifts across demanding field courses.

Representing a major evolutionary leap over its predecessor, the Gen2 Ultra 5 incorporates TBAC’s advanced “tubeless” all-titanium construction. By precision-welding the redesigned titanium baffle stack directly to itself without an outer sleeve, TBAC reduced weight by 1.6 ounces (20% lighter than Gen1) while increasing internal expansion volume. This architecture drops sound pressure levels down to 142 dB at the muzzle and an ultra-comfortable 130 dB at the shooter’s ear when running 140 gr 6.5 Creedmoor ammunition on a 24-inch bolt gun. Built with the same rigorous internal strength and magnum-rated durability that defines the Ultra family, the suppressor eliminates concussive muzzle blast and tames felt recoil without the bulk of traditional full-size cans.

This model comes factory-configured for TBAC’s battle-proven Compact Brake (CB) mounting interface. The silencer seats against an engineered 30-degree conical taper on the muzzle device, forming an airtight, carbon-free mechanical lockup that guarantees repeatable, sub-MOA return-to-zero when removing and re-attaching the suppressor between stages or transport. The included CB muzzle brake is CNC-machined from heat-treated 17-4 stainless steel and treated in a high-lubricity Ionbond Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) coating, serving as an effective sacrificial blast baffle to safeguard the titanium core. Finished in high-temperature Black Cerakote, the Ultra 5 Gen2 CB is the gold standard for NRL Hunter divisions, alpine stalking, and agile precision rifle builds.
