Paying homage to the historic legacy of Operation Torch and the Greatest Generation, the Tailored Arms Torch Tactical 9mm Pistol brings hand-fit custom 2011 craftsmanship to the apex of modern defensive and competition handguns. Built one at a time by a team of combat veterans and former law enforcement officers, each Torch Tactical is engineered as a matched, hand-fitted unit from a single billet of heat-treated 4140 chromoly steel. Finished in a slick, low-friction Black DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon), the Torch Tactical combines an ultra-smooth, glass-like slide action with extreme double-stack 9mm recoil control.

At the performance core of the Torch Tactical is a 5-inch DLC-finished bull barrel featuring hybrid V6 porting mated with two additional inline vertical ports through the top of the slide. This massive gas redirection holds the muzzle dead flat through rapid firing schedules. The slide features internal lightening cuts to reduce reciprocating mass, an ultra-low captured direct-mount optic pocket cut for Trijicon RMR and SRO footprints, and a co-witnessing tritium front sight. Complete with patented ambidextrous "Gas Petal" thumb rests machined directly into the steel frame, a custom aggressively textured Miller Grip, a flat-faced adjustable Miller Trigger with guard access port, a flared competition magwell, and a full-length accessory rail with an integrated strike face, the Torch Tactical sets a new standard for hand-built American firearms excellence.
