Smoke Composites Carbon Fiber Buttstock Closed Shoulder Short Pull

Smoke’s carbon fiber butt stocks are the lightest available today.  They are interchangeable with any mil-spec AR15 stock and utilize the existing carbine buffer and spring.

Currently there are two models, the open shoulder plate which is the lightest and the closed shoulder plate which prevents snags.  Two lengths of pull options are available.

    I bought this to complete my ultralight .308 AR build, helped get me to 6lbs 14 oz. with an illuminated Leupold scope. Not an easy feat, but wow, the final build looks and shoots like a dream, and about as much kick as my 5.56 in the end, the buttstock feels like a great match for my rig. I will be buying another for my 5.56 ultralight build.

    I wasn't sure until I started shooting, but this is really durable. Lightened my fully kitted/loaded rifle to 7.5lbs (full mag/ACOG/sling/whole kit). If you are on the fence, get one, and it's on SALE! Get one NOW!
