Delivering enhanced ergonomics, superior control, and direct military-grade optics integration, the SIG Sauer M17-SOF 9mm Optic-Ready Pistol represents a purpose-built evolution of the U.S. Military M17 service platform. Engineered for elite tactical performance, the M17-SOF combines a Coyote Tan anodized stainless steel slide with a 5.5-inch threaded carbon steel barrel, allowing for direct attachment of suppressors and specialized muzzle devices. Featuring a 6.875-inch sight radius, the slide comes factory-equipped with the fully enclosed, slide-integrated ROMEO-M17 red dot sight, paired with a SIGLITE front sight and integrated optical rear sight notch.

At the center of the frame is the popular Brouwer M1811 Coyote Tan grip module, which mimics the 1911 grip angle for intuitive pointability and natural recoil control, complete with a detachable flared magazine funnel for rapid magazine changes. Handling dynamics are further elevated by a GoGun Gas Pedal® thumb-rest takedown lever, providing a dedicated control ledge for the support hand, and an X-Series flat-blade striker-fired trigger for a crisp break. Outfitted with an ambidextrous manual safety and a full-size M1913 Picatinny rail, the M17-SOF ships with one 17-round flush-fit and two 21-round extended steel magazines.
