Description

The SP 223 Billet lower feature a unique design geared towards the serious tactical shooter. The oversized winter trigger guard, quick access mag release, beveled mag well, ambi bolt drop and user friendly features make this lower the best on the market. To ease assembly Seekins Precision eliminated the use of roll pins, hammers, punches and replaced them with custom screw in dowel pins. Seekins installed an upper tensioning set screw, a set screw for trigger reset, relocated and retained the rear take down pin detent under the grip. Seekins ambidextrous bolt control allows the shooter to quickly drop the bolt or from either side of the firearm. The unique magwell design allows positive mag changes and allows the use of most all mags including Magpul P-mag and Surefire high capacity mags. This lower is also available with out the logo here.

Unique style, Quality precision

I've been wanting this lower forever and everyone was sold out of it. Finally I found it in stock at Bauer Precision and at a slightly lower price so I had to jump on it and I'm glad I did. There isn't a better looking lower receiver out there and Seekins attention to detail makes it even better.

Great innovative lower. Looks good, almost looks too good, will make any forged upper you put on it look trashy. Shipped to ffl dealer fast. Awesome guys to work with

Fine Features, Fit and Finish

I sought out this product because I saw a build done with one at my local gun shop. I was impressed with the outward quality and features that I saw just handling the rifle but was even more impressed with the features I wasn't even expecting such as the trigger over-limit adjustment and the adjustable stop for taking up any slop between the upper and lower. All done well with double locking set screws to back up the adjustment. There is even a design improvement for the troublesome rear pin retaining spring configuration. Top notch from top to bottom, you can not go wrong with Seekin and Bauer shipped it fast and at a great price. I highly recommend this product and Bauer-Precision.
