Engineered around PWS's acclaimed long-stroke piston operating system, the MK216 MOD 2-M eliminates direct gas blowback and carbon fouling into the receiver, creating a cleaner, cooler-running, and low-maintenance action. Equipped with a 3-setting adjustable gas block and a patent-pending muzzle Bore Evacuator expansion chamber that utilizes the Venturi effect to vent gas pressure forward, this rifle is optimized for smooth, reliable operation whether running suppressed or unsuppressed across various .308 Win and 7.62x51mm NATO ammunition types.

Built on a forged 7075-T651 aluminum receiver set designed without a traditional forward assist, the MK216 features a 16-inch 416R stainless steel barrel with a 1:10 twist and a Sub-MOA accuracy guarantee. The barrel incorporates a tapered shoulder interface with the PWS FRC 3-port compensator, mitigating recoil and muzzle rise while maintaining compatibility with HUB-pattern suppressor mounts like the Rearden Atlas and PWS PUB. Outfitted with a fully ambidextrous MOD 2-M lower receiver—featuring dual bolt controls, a Radian Talon safety, and a Radian Raptor charging handle—the rifle is rounded out by a 7-sided M-LOK handguard, an A5-length hybrid buffer system with an H3 buffer, a Magpul MOE SL stock, and a 20-round PMAG for total tactical capability.
