Whether deployed on duty or in precision rifle competition, it delivers significantly higher muzzle velocity, improved wind deflection, and reduced felt recoil compared to traditional 7.62 NATO/.308 Win systems.

At the center of this kit is a 22-inch 5R cut-rifled 4165 steel barrel featuring KAC's signature dimpled hybrid medium profile, which balances barrel stiffness, accelerates heat dissipation, and minimizes overall front-end weight. Encasing the barrel is a 19-inch URX 6 M-LOK compatible handguard, offering extended rail space for mounting clip-on night vision, thermal optics, laser designators, and rangefinders. Terminating the barrel is a dual-port open muzzle brake that tames muzzle rise while serving as a direct mounting interface for KAC’s line of 7.62 QDC quick-detach suppressors. This comprehensive upper kit comes ready to mount out of the box, complete with an enhanced bolt carrier group featuring the E3.2 bolt, charging handle, 600m micro iron sights, an H2 buffer, an M-LOK QD sling adapter, and a Picatinny rail section.
