Built around JK’s patented baffle architecture, the 195 SGX features a revolutionary wad-management system that supports and reshapes the shotshell cup as it passes through the suppressor. This prevents wad deformation and plastic shaving buildup inside the silencer while maintaining high shot velocities and dense, repeatable pattern consistency.

Precision-machined from 7075 billet aircraft-grade aluminum and protected by a Type 3 hard anodized black finish, the 1.95-inch diameter 195 SGX is fully Mission Configurable without requiring specialized tools. Users can quickly scale total length from an ultra-compact 3.375 inches (4.3 oz) up to a full 12.2 inches (22.4 oz) across seven baffle assemblies to customize weight, length, and sound suppression. Equipped with JK’s proprietary Tone Technology for a deep, ear-pleasing sound signature—and capable of running "wet"—the 195 SGX features swappable front choke caps to offer variable shot pattern constriction. Fully rated for all 12-gauge loads including steel/lead birdshot, buckshot, and slugs, the package comes complete with a taper mount, cylinder choke cap, Widowmaker end cap, and three Accu-Chokes.
