The Overwatch762 suppressor is purpose-built for gas-operated Designated Marksman Rifles (DMRs) such as the AR10, while also delivering exceptional performance on bolt-action sniper platforms. Manufactured using Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS) from lightweight Grade 5 Titanium, it provides outstanding strength-to-weight performance, thermal stability, and corrosion resistance for extended use in demanding environments. Featuring a highly efficient radial turbine baffle system, the Overwatch762 redirects expanding gases into a coaxial annular vent system to reduce back pressure and improve gas flow. This advanced internal architecture minimizes blowback, enhances gas-operated cycling reliability, and maintains consistent sound suppression across a wide range of multi-caliber platforms, including 7.62 NATO, .308 Win, and 6.5 Creedmoor.
