HANDGUARD FEATURES:

Manufactured from a blended aluminum & magnesium alloy.  Approximately 30% reduction in material weight compared to commonly used 6061 aluminum.  
Wear layer is a plasma deposition process that provides a tough ceramic-like coating with superior wear resistance compared to anodizing. E-cote black finish.
M-LOK design for the 308 DPMS Standard/High platform
SLIM DESIGN with an ID of 1.3"(left to right) & 1.55" (top to bottom for gas block clearance)

DarkLite magnesium handguard barrel nut interface tolerance is tighter and handguard may need to be tapped on with a plastic/rubber hammer.  Light heat from a heat gun can also ease installation.
