BAUER PRECISION CAPTION CONTEST — OFFICIAL RULES
1. Sponsor
The Bauer Precision Caption Contest is sponsored by Bauer Precision LLC located at 920 Dallas Dr, Suite #102 Denton, TX 76205.
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and located in jurisdictions where this contest and any prize are lawful. Void where prohibited.
3. Contest Period
The contest begins on 3/30/2026 at 9AM CST and ends on 4/13/2026 at Midnight CST. Entries received outside that period are not eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter, an eligible participant must:
- use the official Bauer Precision contest template image,
- create an original captioned version of that template,
- post the captioned image publicly on Instagram during the contest period,
- tag @bauerprecision in the post or caption,
- Send the post to three friends.
- include #BauerMemeContest, and
- submit the link to the Instagram post through Bauer Precision’s official entry form.
Limit 1 entry per person.
5. Entry Requirements
Each entry must:
- use Bauer Precision’s official contest template image,
- include the entrant’s own original caption text,
- not infringe the rights of any third party,
- not contain unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate material,
- not depict or encourage illegal conduct or unsafe firearm handling,
- not violate Instagram’s rules or applicable laws.
Bauer Precision may disqualify any entry it determines, in its sole discretion, is inappropriate, unsafe, off-brand, fraudulent, or otherwise noncompliant.
6. Account Requirements
Entrant’s Instagram account must be public at the time of entry review and winner selection. Bauer Precision is not responsible for inability to review entries from private, restricted, or inaccessible accounts.
7. Judging Criteria
Eligible entries will be reviewed by Bauer Precision. Winner will be selected based on:
- humor,
- originality of caption,
- cultural / brand fit,
- overall creativity,
- repost/share appeal.
Bauer Precision’s decision is final.
8. Prize
Winner will receive: $500 digital Store Credit to www.bauer-precision.com.
Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted except at Sponsor’s discretion. If the prize involves any regulated product, fulfillment is subject to all applicable laws and eligibility requirements, and Bauer Precision may substitute an alternative prize if needed.
9. Winner Notification
Potential winner will be contacted using the contact information provided in the entry form and/or via Instagram. If a selected winner does not respond within 7 days, Bauer Precision may choose an alternate winner.
10. Rights Granted by Entrant
By entering, entrant grants Bauer Precision a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to repost, publish, display, distribute, and use the submitted captioned image, caption text, entrant’s handle, and related materials for contest administration, promotion, and Bauer Precision marketing, without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
11. Release
By entering, participants release and hold harmless Bauer Precision, Instagram, and their affiliates, employees, officers, and agents from claims arising out of participation in the contest or acceptance or use of any prize.
12. Instagram Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
13. Reservation of Rights
Bauer Precision reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the contest if fraud, platform issues, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the contest.
14. Privacy
Information collected from entrants will be used for contest administration and related communications in accordance with Bauer Precision’s privacy practices.
15. Governing Law
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
16. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
