Nice sight, questionable lock-up
I received this sight in a very timely manner. It does appear to be a slightly different color than my FDE fixed front from Troy. Took it out to get a zero which was as expected. My only concern is that the upright position lock-up seems less than ideal; there is a bit of play in the locking pins which allows the sight to bounce (rotate) slightly around the main pin. I don't know if this is deliberate or not, but I was surprised to see it considering the quality of materials and the cost of the sight. Overall, I would buy this again; it seems very rugged and I don't expect it to break or fall off, which is on par with what I want in a backup sight.
