This is obviously not for a budget build. Is it expensive, yes. Too expensive.. I think the price could come down a little bit. But, there isn't any other Ambi Lower on the market as good as this in my opinion. Fit and finish are perfection. Machining is perfect, controls work like butter. Mag release bolt catch feature is awsome. If you want the best, this is it. You won't be disappointed.

This is a great lower receiver, it's fit and finish is the best I've seen. I love the ADAC and how easy it is to lock the bolt back now. I wish I had it on all of my rifles.

This is the Gucci if lowers and runs like a champ! I've only had it a few days so can't talk to reliability (yet), but I'll update my review if something happens. Otherwise, pul the trigger and buy while they're still in stock

I second the other reviewers. This is one of the top lower receivers on the market. It is also pretty hard to find in stock. I purchased this lower over the phone and picked it up in the store the following day. Mr. Bauer was very helpful and it was a great experience. I will definitely be spending more money at this company. Also, stop in the physical store if you get the chance. He has an impressive amount of top notch AR products. Geissele,V Seven, BCM etc. Bcg's, uppers, lowers, handguards and parts. Better than a majority of firearms buisinesses I've seen in the DFW area.
